Individual sessions help athletes, coaches and professionals improve their mindset and/or deal with any psychological and emotional concerns that may be impacting their performance, health, and well-being.

Team / Group sessions

Team settings are experiential and interactive, benefitting clients as they are able to learn from each other.


Sessions allow teams to explore group concepts such as trust, team dynamics, leadership, team values, and team norms.

Each session is highly customised, with our sport psychologists getting upfront input from the coaching staff or management team.


Group sessions provide individualized skills training, awareness on group/team dynamics, and tools to foster a culture and supportive environment among the team.



Business Consulting / Corporate Seminars

Peak Performance Training will focus on how participants can better serve the current and potential clients of organizations, be better leaders, and work more effectively towards set goals.

The Peak Performance Program can be organized in a variety of ways and will be individualized to fit current needs.

Those who are successful in the business world need to be competing at the top of their game 24/7, therefore mental toughness is a key component in their continued growth and performance.


Team Building

We use a variety of approaches for corporate team building and development:

Experiential learning: Participants learn how to communicate in a group, how to act creatively and how to provide leadership and direction.

In-depth teamwork: Looks at where conflict happens at work, why it happens, what the blocks are and how to solve it.

Classroom based teambuilding workshops :
